Listen to the voices that have lived.

[….] things I wish I knew when…

There are plenty of videos that have thumbnails with this exact format. There are also plenty of articles that carry a title like this. When we are sitting or lying down scrolling through a bunch of media, we often pass these things in a heartbeat.

The thing no matter how perfectly you shape your steps, you’ll always lack certain things which you can’t control. No matter how much insight there is behind one of your steps, you’ll still have stories to tell about how you could have done something differently. The people who came before us faced the same. They also had it all, but there are still some things they wish they knew.

My point is, if you live well and have wisdom to give to the future, you can do it even better by listening to those voices about people who have something for you from their journey. Listening to them will prevent you from making those mistakes and will save you time because if you build something from scratch all by yourself, you’re bound to make the same mistakes. So, their mistakes + your own mistakes, that’s going to cost you more time. By listening to them, 50% of your time can be saved gracefully as you stay open to your own journey and the new lessons to share with, in the future.

And our world actually follows in this exact pattern, that’s the reason why the younger people reach to their goals so much faster, because their way of utilizing time is much more calculated and the smart meter just keeps rising.

You need time, and you have to make wise decisions about it.
